Leona: I hated how flimsy she looks in New Dawn. She grew up in Mt. Targon, so it would make sense that she would be pretty muscular. May or may not be as ripped as Pantheon. Shyvana: Unless dragon genes make you stronger than you look, Shyv should be huge compared to the human females.

Essentially, yes. This is where Riot's problematic 'one body for every woman' design basis kinda apart. Most notably missing from the list would also be Riven, who used to be a heavy armor/weapon Noxian foot soldier. I'm ponderous if Quinn might also fall under this area, but archers have much different considerations.

Vi and Leona I can see having defined muscular structure (like most female personal trainers) and I'm fine with it.

I wish Sejuani was much bigger than she actually is. Like Braum and Illoai combined.

It's already been established that Vi is a mechanic not a powerlifter. She built a hextech power rig, remember?

Irelia: Tank/Fighter who specializes in getting up close and personal to stab you with magic blades. Riven: Much like Irelia, instead uses a big ass sword, she should be pretty ripped due to training anyway. Sivir: The weapon she uses looks pretty big and heavy but has little musculature, her ult is all about running faster.

I think VI would be fit rather than swole. Her fists are mechanical powered but the rest of her isn't.
