... should have the announcer be replaced with a new voice over. (and everyone in the current game could hear it)

That would be nice. if thats the case though, do you have anyone in mind who should get the next Ultimate Skin?
Eh... Only if its opt out. Might just be who I am as a person, but trying to focus is harder to me with a jarring change in the background (Ambiance or announcer)
If it makes sense for the skin, why not.
