I remember at one point, there was the pre-release theory that Talon was Swain 's son, because his teaser comic showed Beatrice and some black rose thorns (so Leblanc being Talon's mom was also part of the theory, cept for the age problem) in the last panel.

Plus because...Swain's a giant bird and has talons, so uh, matching themes I guess.

Anyway that storyline didn't go anywhere really. Heck they don't even cross paths cept for the last Journal of Justice, and Talon just sorta stands there.

Not exactly, it's a bit complicated.

There's always a Matron of the Black Rose organization, and that's LeBlanc's position as head of the Black Rose.

The Matron does grow old, and then she has to pass on her powers, position, and even 'look', to her successor in a ceremony. The point is to make it seem the Matron never grows old.

For reference, everything I'm quoting below comes from official lore sources

"There is one among you who has shown great promise and leadership," she continued, "One whose talents are outstripped only by her ambition and loyalty." She plucked the sparkling brooch from her hair, and the illusion fell away. Her porcelain skin turned ashen, her hair thin and stringy, and her eyes sunken. She extended a wrinkled hand towards LeBlanc, "Evaine, step forward and be recognized." LeBlanc stepped forward, accepting the bauble and nestling it into her neatly styled hair. Her predecessor offered her the staff. "Strange," remarked the old woman, "It's like looking in the mirror." LeBlanc accepted the staff, and the scene about her fell away.

The current LeBlanc's real name is Evaine. When she became Matron, her name was changed to Emilia LeBlanc.

According to her League Judgement, it seems that Evaine only recently got the Matron position, before she meets and talks with Swain. It's clear from the conversation that Swain and LeBlanc know each other from before, though Swain only refers to her as 'Matron LeBlanc', while LeBlanc calls him by his first name 'Jericho'.

So multiple possibilities; either Evaine always knew and had a history with Swain prior to becoming Matron; or Swain only knows the person who he always see as the Matron of the Black Rose, and Evaine possibly received those Matron's memories which include Swain; or it's a combination of both - Swain knows Evaine, he also knows she became the Matron of the Black Rose, and effectively they're all the same woman to him.

That said, back to the fan-theory. It basically means the age thing can be explained away. If whoever was Matron before was the mother of Talon, then when her memories/powers got transferred to another new Matron (Evaine), then she still could possibly be his mom.

They probably wouldn't like it. I'm pretty sure anyone with connections to Sion doesn't like it. I doubt Darius likes it since it could be what becomes of him.

I think they do, actually most of them, but are too busy to find a proper partner or time to actually care for them.

People like Leona and Illaoi are too much knee deep in stuff, but seem the kind of people who would like to have one. In contrast, Garen is busy but his position might allow him to have an offspring, but probably he would hardly accept any combined marriage because he thinks about Katarina.

Just imagine Taric and Leona getting laid. That would probably result in the most fabulous son/daughter every.

For real it would be really cool if some champions have children. They don't even need to be champions, just some side characters. Like idk Teemo and Tristana become more than military friends, get a child, live together and then they realize that their child is a demon from another dimension but they still love it. Turns out their child is s4t4n and he vanishes, only leaving the new soon added jungle item "Satans Devourer"... I'm sorry. Already putting on my dunce cap.
