Most scary "Villainous" Mental Breakdown?
Out of the villainous characters in the League, who would have the most terrifying mental breakdown if they lost?

Not a villainous character really, but if 
somehow lost it and unleashed all the stuff he's been hoarding, it would basically be the apocalypse
Because, at least in his lore, he has never lost

has mental breakdowns already.
From what I know about Veigar, he mainly talks a big game despite never accomplishing anything with his potential. He will threaten your loved ones, speak of great plans, and laugh maniacally.
I know villainous breakdowns usually involve cold and calculating villains going nuts, but I think the reverse is even more terrifying. Because when they stop talking, they are either speechless or just done with you. The moment loses the need to talk is the moment the world will know true darkness.
Similar to but obviously not on the same level of evil. Like the Joker, Jinx is playing a game with Vi. What'd you think will happen when 
can't play anymore?
Another similarity to the Joker in that he fears being forgotten, being unimportant. He probably broke when Shen's father refused to kill him, ruining the legacy of the golden demon.

Sure, he's already crazy, but he has some grasp on reality, and his attempts at evil are stunted by his own incompetence. If he were to completely lose his mind and just go completely berserk, holy fucking shit so many people would die. This is somebody who drops DEAD STARS on people.

He's totally in control. Of the mayhem, all the chaos, it's all calculated. I don't want to see him having lost it.
would either order all his troops to kamikaze, or just go full bird demon and throw his humanity out the window.
I mean Syndra is already treading dangerously close to that path. And since she is all about unlimited power it would be pretty scary to see what she could do with no control.
