The birth of a master of evil

So Tahm's official bio page went up a little bit ago and goodness does he have a lot of rivals, specifically, .

Now I think anyone with eyes can see the pattern that Tahm seems to have it out for our small furry race but there is one yordle that is conspicuously missing from this list.

Now the thing is, I've seen a lot of people talking about why Veigar isn't on the list, but I think everyone is missing the obvious reason for why Tahm wouldn't consider Veigar his "prey", and that's because he already got what he wanted from the Tiny Master of Evil a long time ago. What I'm suggesting is, what if Tahm is the reason Veigar turned evil in the first place? What if Tahm made some kind of deal with him a long time ago to satisfy his curiosity of the outside world and that then came with the price that Veigar was imprisoned in a Noxian cell for years.

And given Tahm's nature, I wonder if changes in Veigar's own life and his allies, , won't perchance lead to the River King coming back for seconds...
