Champions no longer say their selection quotes for everyone?

With the new patch on my client at least, I only hear my champ saying their selection quote upon lock-in. Is it a bug or is it a legitimate patch change?

I enjoyed hearing all 10 fellas say their thing, added quite a bit of atmosphere.

Honestly, I hope this is addressed and reverted. It was my favorite part of the new champion select.

Speaking of voice overs....Gentalman Cho'Gath used to yell SHUT UP when he used his W now all he says is QUIET...why was this changed...I miss the shut up
