I received the Honor 5 ward skin, but I prefer the colors of the Honor 3/4 wards
Can we gain access to the previous tiers wards as well, since we earned the ranks?

Sorry, unfortunately this time around they aren't granting the lower tier wards for any reason. However, they have taken this feedback so they can think about it for next year.
Same. I very much prefer the blue.
Try filing a support ticket, they might be willing to swap out your ward for a lower tier one.
