Any buddy hearing voices on the rift? Sion voice glitch?

Granted pretty much every champion speaks, but I've had some weird run ins. This happened when I played in the jg a few days ago, after I killed scuttle I thought I heard a voice that said something with the word, "die" in it. A friend of mine guessed it was Sion, but he was in top lane while I was killing the bot lane scuttle.

Not long after that, I heard something along the lines of "Vermin" in Sion's voice. This wasn't the "VERMIN!!!!" sound of his ult, rather it was something like, "trapped like vermin". Course I could have read it wrong. Again, Sion was in top lane and I was closer to mid when this happened.

So does have a voice glitch? Are people hearing voices relating to death on the rift? Is something coming for Sion? Thoughts?

i keep hearing champions voices globally sometimes too. it's only with some quotes though. like some champions that did this were azir, karthus, sion, kindred, and i don't remember any others. not really sure what caused this but i'm sure it's a bug

I hear Azir warding a lot, his dialogue 'I am the light of Shurima' ends up global.

Yup, as Ruin Lance guessed it's a warding quote bug.

Will happen with any of the following: necromancer or base Azir Cassiopeia Twitch omega squad Teemo battlecast Skarner Sion Karthus

They were fixed last patch since they weren't playing their quotes at all (stealth ward removal situation) and they appear to have gone global.

This is a bug to do with Ward placement VO.

Because of the changes to how wards work (no more sight wards) Riot went in and changed the way those lines interact with the game, problem is a bug exists that causes those quotes to sometimes be audible to other players where they're supposed to be for the summoner of said champion.

Yeah today i was killing bot lane scuttle too and i heard a wierd voice say "Why kill when you can just ask?", previously i had seen a brofesco vid about voice of the forest new champ who says things about neutral monsters when you kill them so i think they released the easter egg onto live servers!
