why are 3 out of his 7 skins of him on a horse? he doesnt have a horse in game so why should he have a horse in his skins?

Well one of those three is Xin Zhao as a Winged Hussar.

And he has a horse, because he’s a Winged Hussar.

Another is Xin Zhao as Zhao Yun.

And he has a horse, because he's Zhao Yun.

The third is Xin Zhao as an Imperial Guard from 40K. I have no idea why this one has a horse.

On a more serious note, maybe rito wants Xin to ride Hecarim or some weird crack ship like that. Either way.

Riot still intends to give him a complete VGU, this was just a holdover til they get more worser candidates off, they definitely are considering horse to be integrated into him.
