UPDATE It seems like many people didn't understand what's happening or got confused because of red circle highlighting only one part of hair. Since it didn't turned out fun - spoiler - try figuring out how Jinx's hair got into his mouth.

It might look a bit like it goes into the side of kuro,but that is mainly due to the angle from which we see it. The part of his mouth where the hair squeezes in simply isn't seen from our point of view.

you know that would be 180 degrees at best,not 360.... 360 degrees would split kuros entire body in half.

In general it is possible that Kuros mouth opens further on the left(left in the picture,the one that you drew a circle around)as well since a part of the hair could cover the rest of his mouth. In that case it would be like Kuro having a 180-degree mouth(or at least something that comes close to that)
It is also possible that jinx hair goes a bit thinner behind kuro,after all we don't see how her waves behind him and Kuro does bite on it,pressing it together when it was flailing around a lot before.

Regarding mouth opens further - you are right. It is possible like here. The thing you are arguing with is logic. While I say it's an artist mistake.
1011001110004 votesPoros actually have really big mouths, which Kuro takes most after in terms of design. This means the corners of his mouth are literally on opposite sides of his body, thus why Jinx's hair looks like it's going through him, because it's going through the edges of his mouth on opposite sides of his body.
I couldn't exactly find a picture of a poro with its mouth open (apparently it's near impossible), but I found a battlecast poro showing its hinges with a similar mouth design.

Ok now, seriously. I don´t really like these threads about the splash-art and "how unrealistic" some motives and things are. They are very often on these forums and they annoy the hell out of me.
Anatomy and realistic shapes and perspectives are hard to do. We are artists, not photograhic machines. Some stuff may look weired or "wrong" but who gives a damn?!? The artwork overall looks phantastic and that´s what it is about: The stunning visuals.
TheEdgeOfDestiny1 votesIt looks good when you look at colors. It's not really good in anatomy (look at Jinx body and face) and I'm ok with this. Exaggerating is good. The problem is - some specific mistakes that shouldn't be there. Especially considering multiple artists work on splashes.
Contrary to your believe "art" is not smth obscure or subjective. You may not like some specific art or style (subjectively) but quality is another thing. Art is heavily based on rules existing in this world.
