Soraka has received one skin every year from 2013 to 2016.
Even after a VU to Ezreal's Pulsefire skin, Riot has the audacity to give the SG skin to him as well contrary to what people would believe about the next SG skin. Star Guardian for EZREAL, because it's supposed to be funny right? It's not.
It's just so fucking disappointing and depressing.
I'd say that one skin per year for three years straight is indicative of Riot liking Soraka. Some champions have had one or zero in that time like Yorick, Cassiopeia and Rumble.
One skin every year is actually pretty solid.
Also the leak doesn't cover all the skins of the year,it will likely only cover the next 3 patches(and even then we can't be sure if it covers all the skins of these patches,after all the leak didn't say anything about conqueror Karma)
And Sorakas goat legs is likely what keeps her from getting a star guardian skin.
One skin a year for the last three years? That's pretty decent compared to some champions 
Give it time, man. Soraka is a shoo-in for an SG skin at some point. Just gotta be patient.
