Does riot not do 975 skins anymore?
Of the last 24 skins released, riot has done 4 skins of the 975 quality. Are you guys at rito moving away from that level of skins?

I don't see the point in having 975 skins anymore. I mean, higher priced skins means there will be more bells and whistles put into them.
the reality is that 975 skins don't sell. There's not much you can do with a 975.
Karma's Conqueror skin is really good looking. But guess what, it's just a red recolor with white hair and a TP animation.
That's kinda a ripoff...I bought it anyways cause I like MSI/Karma but if it was a regular 975 - NO.
I don't even buy 975 skins for champs I main, even if they're on sale. Most of them are garbage in today's standards. Look at half of Ahri's skins. They're 975 and they're just recolors with an added accessory.
You ask if they don't do 975 skins anymore and then you say that they did 4 of them recently...
I think there may be a higher demand for 1350+ RP skins these days, especially since the difference between 1350 and 975 RP skins is very thin. Generally speaking, skins higher than 975 RP tend to generate a lot of hype and excitement (particularly legendary and ultimate skins) due to the level of quality they offer, so it makes sense that they're capitalizing on what's been more successful for them, and what is ultimately more exciting for both the developers and players of the game.
riot can squeeze more money out of us this way
Seems like 1350rp and even legendary skins have the best work/profit ratio for them. Notice how we haven't had any 750rp skins lately either.
There really seems to be a push for maximizing profit lately when you look at how last couple of legendary skins were all directed at extremely popular champions
. They must've made insane amounts of money on these skins.
