Darkin Four Horseman?
Based on the special interactions:
Kayn/Rhaast is/has the Darkin of Death.
Aatrox is the Darkin of War.
Varus is/has the Darkin of Plague?
Then potentially a Darkin associated with Famine?

As far as i Know 4 and 5 are not the same. There are 5 Darkins... not counting the Hosts.
the horsemen are 4, darkin are 5 and we already have champions that cover the 7 sins and the 4 horsemen theme fantasy
We might get a Legendary Varus skin where he is consumed by the corruption and His Darkin form fully realized. That would be neat.
The Darkins are supposed to be the weapons the wielders carry, except in Aatrox case as he is a manifestation of the Blade he carries. You are correct to some degree on the fact that Aatrox would be War, Rhasst would be Death, however Varus would mostly likely be Strife due to his lore. Unless Riot update it anytime soon i would stick with that.
So we know of two confirmed ones being Aatrox and Rhaast with Varus potentially having one or encountered one? It could still be some sort of play on the four horseman of the apocalypse motif tho right with an added 5th one?
actually there are 5 darkin, but actually there are a fifth horseman, Conquer. It substitutes Plage in some versions. But i think Varus's Bow is more linked to Vengeance
