Spoilers ahoy, but I absolutely LOVE Alarak from Legacy of the Void. He is such a brutal bastard, but you gotta love him for his tenacity and manipulation. Kinda like a Protoss version of Lelouch from Code Geass (but maybe not quite as epic).
I certainly hope you'll take some notes from Blizzard when crafting future stories.

best to watch some youtube vids with alarak in it, the article OP ling fails in capturing why alarak is a badass. swain doesnt come close in his current state.
infact alarak is the kind of guy that would challenge swain for his position and beat him. heres one short clip.

currently i dont think any league characters matches his personality or even comes close to it. swains rework however has potential to give league that one truly "bad ass" champ that the game really doesn't have currently. being a leader of noxus, a country filled with badasses, should give him more alarak tier bad ass traits rather than "im a giant monster bird and i dont even know why".

He's the "Master Tactician", so I would like a kit rework to have more to it than just "morph and eat them!". You should feel like you outthought, and outplayed your opponent.
