Riot, have you stopped making new splash arts for Champions that need it?

Irelia and Anivia were supposed to have new splash arts by now, as previewed in LCS and the like, but nothing's happened so far with them. What gives?

i could imagine them not releasing the one for ww till the rework, but the anivia one? come on

I'm kinda surprised too that they seemingly stopped doing them(or at least that the releases suddenly stopped,they might be still working on them). If i remember correctly we could even see parts of new splash arts for Irelia,Warwick and anivia several months ago,during some events,so I assumed that these 3 would be almost finished.
