What's the function of the hoses on Urgot's mouth?
Well, everyody asked about those tattoos. But what's the function of the hoses placed on his mouth. And what is that green liquid? Does he like, drink that liquid? Since it's placed on his mouth

The hoses are filled with chemical ridden gas. The noxious gases in Zaun can really screw up your lungs, but if you can live through that you can't survive on normal air. The gas isn't healthy to breathe, but it's all Urgot really can breathe.
To make him look more like Bane, obviously.
More seriously, they're the bit of the new design I kind of like. Looks roughly vomit-esque, the only part of the design that harkens back to Urgot being a grotesque.
It's a breathing mask. Like the ones the Star wars sith have when they get injured.
Plot twist, the green tubes are sucking shit out of his face.
