I think I speak for most of Vlad's fans and playerbase here when I say that Vlad's current background is fine as it is.

We love him as a human blood mage who just happens to have a gothic aesthetic (and let's face it, goth aesthetic seems common among Noxian nobility). A scholar of harmful and forbidden arts. A murderer channelling his perverse instincts into the pursuit of power. Magically augmented, but still human.

I believe that the exact quote is, "You call that being a vampire?", implying that Vlad is pretending to be a vampire, and isn't one.

also it would be cool to see a vampire support. I dont care about the other skills but they could ult the adc or apc and kill them and then the adc/apc gains massive health regen for x amount of seconds and drastically boosted stats.

sorry I should rephrase. They ult the allied adc or apc and "kill them" but then grant them highly boosted stats as well as health regen.

Same here. But I doubt you'd like what I want them to do.

I want them to keep his Q & E as is, because they are perfect, imo, but change his passive, w and ult.

His W is annoying to play against, not healthy for gameplay, invulerability on something that isn't an ult ( Fizz Looking at you, asshole.), should not exist, imo.

Now his ult is why everyone says he doesn't need a buff. It's an AoE % Damage amp that heals you after it's done. That is just cancer.

His passive is the only thing that makes his Q so annoying. It makes late game against a good vlad impossible, and constant kiting a necessity in laning.

Oh my god, PERSPECTIVE PEOPLE. Is the Art of Hemeomancy common knowledge? Does he give the persona of being a Vampire? Ya know, pale, long hair, rumors of people disappearing with him the cause? Is he lustful? Is he sexy as hell? Does he not seem to age?

The Characters of this world see through their own eyes, and their own experiences. It's very possible they don't know something.

Thing is, at this point we don't know if vampires exist in LoL at all and what they are like, so it just comes off as him being a pretty bad vampire.

I think some lines are just meant to be funny / are just for the player. Lore and game are at a disconnect after the retcon of summoners. For example I don't think Janna is offering blowjobs for 2.95 a minute, I think she's too busy saving people and being lowkey worshipped. The line, which is like 25% of her entire VO which is just shameful, is a pun because she's a wind spirit and she can leave you breathless. 110% just for the players. Thinking this might be it too. "Oh sick burn haha I love Xayah she called Vlad a vampire ecks dee."

Even though he denies the claim himseld in his own lore. I believe he said he absorbs peoples blood as a hemomancer but doesn't drink it like a Vampire would.
