Question on Illaoi's test
Do only the test takers seen the tentacles alone or are they visible to onlookers? Like say if she tested someone in a crowd, would only the tester notice them?
This is ignoring her notice of them.

Yes they can, but they cannot interact with them I believe
I think the only time she's done it in the written Lore is her color text, and that's from her perspective.
She could certainly see them attacking Gangplank, but it doesn't make any mention of if anyone else could. So, canonically, I think there's not a concrete answer unless it was in the AMA.
