The ethereal noises are cool and all, but not being able to include this is a serious disappointment =C

Maybe when a champion gets a new voice over, or with a new champion coming out, they could get a special interaction that references the line when they use the joke command near Bard.

Well I could imagine this being included into the game with a later champion or maybe Lyte(the purple Aram shopkeeper) or Zilean could say something like this?(Lyte because he is a funny guy like that and maybe Bard once encountered Zilean)(because you know,they are old guys with big beards like Tellah)
