Because when he ults a giant ball begins floating over my head.. and i think everyone sees it because it casts a shadow..
so.. can someone explain to me .. logically why a giant ball should float over my head when TF ults?
That's him seeing every enemy champ (I think) and that helps him decide where to teleport.
As for writing you a story. If there is a story you wish to be told that does not exist there are two options: Commission someone or write it yourself.
I'd suggest writing it yourself. You might find yourself good at it. Or enjoy it at the least (I know I do despite how it frustrates me at times).
