@IronStylus, Noxian Champions

There's been a lot of talk about faction cohesion, with Noxus being the poster nation for it. However, I think more can be done. When I look at Talon, I can see that he's an assassin, but should he resemble a Noxian member, or someone who's loyal to Katarina's father? As for LeBlanc and Vladimir, I don't think they should look like cultists, but maybe they shouldn't be so flashy either. I'm curious as to what you think.
