SG Ezreal is most likely not even going to wear shirts, who says he's going to in the first place? Considering in Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura where much of the inspiration of the SG skin line has come from, the male characters wear suits in them.
Secondly, even if he is wearing skirts or being effeminate or whatever, what's the big deal? Do you have issues with girls wearing jeans, too? Why so diehard on the gender stereotype? Can't Ezreal be a guy who likes to wears skirts, or just don't mind wearing them, or just don't conform to the traditional view of his gender, or just don't identify as male in 1 of his skin because skins are not canon most of the time anyway, etc etc etc? Is 1 skin or 2, or 1 character or 2 in the entire game that goes against the traditional gender archetype, or merely just not heeding it 100%, that much to handle?

Or even one of the outer Sailors - Sailor Uranus. Since Uranus is actually a male character within the manga/show, but his transformation, Sailor Uranus is female. It's really not surprising that Ezreal fits the bill for what Uranus actually looked like in the series.

Yeah, tbh, it's probably more based on Puella considering the colour schemes of the skins. If it were SM, Lux would've stayed blonde. A great homage nonetheless.

But the deal with Sailor Uranus (though it's stated more explicitly in the manga than in the TV show) is that she "is both male and female. A Guardian who possesses the strength of both genders", which seems to imply (at least to me) that she's a hermaphrodite more than "is male in untransformed state, female in transformed state".
Now there actually are male-transforms-to-female characters in Sailor Moon but those are the Sailor Starlights, who show up way later.
Though to return to the topic proper, I could see Ezreal getting a Tuxedo Mask Homage skin as part of that line or maybe something referencing the human forms of some of the Pretty Cure sidekicks.
... Or he could just be put into a Totally Not Kyubey onesie.

There are three issues with this argument:
The Star Guardians already have Yordles as members of their team and even with the pinkened skin tones they still have some clearly inhuman features. "Doesn't look completely human" isn't a disqualifying element.
If you felt like you had to cover for the goats legs in the narrative, you could easily make a reference to her normal lore of "got semi-cursed for breaking a rule" or "villain tried to corrupt her and failed but the attempt still left this visible mark on her transformed state."
I think Monster Musume has taught us plenty of people are perfectly fine with "woman with monster lower halves".

To be fair you can't really use that as much of an excuse, its not hard to just make her have normal feet ya know? I mean look at Blitz for crying out loud, he goes from having feet, to having a ball, to having a race car, to outright flying as his feet. Or Varus, he generally has goat feet as well but his heartseeker skin he has normal feet, why can't Raka?

Soraka doesn't have this.
And Varus has no goat feet.His legs may be mutated,but they still have the same silhouette as regular human legs,which is why it is ok to change them to regular legs if wanted.

Placentas1 votesI think First Star would be a great skin for her, especially as a legendary. It would kind of be like her version of God Fist Lee Sin in a way. Very heavenly but powerful, basically Raka at her prime.
Also it would go in line with the inspiration that SG comes from - the whole super anime girl thing. SG seem very Matriarchal in hierarchy kinda like Sailor Moon so it would make more sense to be Raka than Sol imo.
I also want Sol to have more creative skins than other star themed skins. I want a Cosmic Candy Sol or something like that.
As for a SG skin for Raka, I don't think she should get one as one of the girls. There are better candidates for that. Even Annie is better.

You can't make a serious star guardian rek'sai skin since she will never look like a magical girl,regardless of what the skin team does. And I thought that Soraka would be the same thanks to the proportions of her lower body and clothes.
But as it turns out,I was wrong and the skin team found a way to make it work and I'm glad that they were able to do it.

Sukishoo2 votesI mentioned those other skin in the original statement but what I meant is that skins are very rarely cancelled these days. There's a wide range of patches that are seen in the leak that clearly reach throughout the whole year really.
Urgot/Eve won't be seen for awhile now, as we know that there is at least one more new champion set for a tentative release before Urgot which is why I've always guessed he will be around July at earliest. Then that'd leave room for another new champ or 2 before Eve as well.
The Sewn Chaos skins as you mentioned, were pulled right before they would have been released and that rarely happens as I said. Other skins that have been leaked in such ways like Cyber Zed/Katarina on PBE were seen in 2012 & 2013 and but don't show up until 2015-2016 as part of the new Project theme. So they had other things that weren't really cancelled but reworked.
From the current standpoint though: We've seen Cosmic Blade Yi (called Cosmic Reaver Yi in the Leak), 2 new Bird-like Champions (Rakan x Xayah), Updates for Mao & Zac, a Legendary Pulsefire Caitlyn Skin. So I'm keeping with the fact that the leak has been pretty spot on and will continue to be. Which is why I said Ezreal is pretty much confirmed.
