This Year's Pool Party Skins?

Who wants to guess who's getting Pool Party skins this year? Who would you guys like to see get Pool Party skins? Do any of you have really neat concepts for Pool Party skins?

For me, personally, I'd really like to see Riot take Lux from the Pool Party Miss Fortune background art and turn it into a skin (I understand Lux just got her Elementalist Lux skin, but I can still dream, right?). I just think it's too cute to not turn into a skin. Haven't thought about the type of particles I'd like to see yet, but here's the picture:

Taliyah and Nami are two others I'd like to see get Pool Party skins. It's high time for Tal to get a skin. I think her kit, as well as Nami's, are too perfect to not have a Pool Party version of.

Like, for instance, Taliyah's Q can throw water balloons, and her W could be a wave of water that knocks someone up. Her out of combat movement speed could be Tal riding on a boogie board, and her ult could be something similar to this. Thought about a surf board on top of a wave, but I've been told that's too far away from the Pool Party theme. Not too sure on the E yet.

Nami's R can send a wave of rubber duckies or poros riding on boogie boards or something, and Nami can say, "Surf's up!" I've always wanted Nami to have a skin that says that when she ults. xD Ebb and Flow could maybe be water that has tiny fishy toys (or other squeaky pool toys) in it making cute little blub blub noises. Not sure on her E. For her, Q, I was thinking Nami could blow a gigantic bubble with a bubble wand/staff that she holds and capture people inside of it. If she's successful in capturing enemies in it, her laugh could go off immediately (or sometimes...to spare people's sanity).
