Lore change rants

Since Yordles are now seen as humans rather than furry little creatures shouldn't Caitlyns "Yordle Snap-Trap" be changed to just "Snap-Trap" and have its cupcake removed? Also why does Caitlyn still shoot cogs when her ability icons show actual ammunition and bullets? I mean its not like Bullets dont exist in this world because gunpowder is a thing Gangplank MissFortune Graves .Not to mention Corki has a freaking GATTLING GUN Corki along with Jinx .

When will Riot update Caitlyn's errata ?

Also Yordles are a complete mess now. like If Gnar is a Yordle and thus perceived as a human via Glamour magic what does he look like when he hulks out into the size of a bus? Or what about Fizz? Does he look like fishman to people? What about Amumu? A walking child corpse? Shen has special eyes that let him see into the Twilight realm. Does that mean he knows that his ally Kennen is really a hamster? Also are Yordles normal sized or still like 3-4ft tall? couldn't you be able to tell the difference when you tried to physically interact with them?

Its also noted that Yordles are still able to procreate as normal mammals (bright fur is for attracting mates apparently) but that begs the question who or what the hell keeps their population in check then? They live indefinitely and are practically immortal can reproduce just fine yet they're also a rarity? what sense does that make? it just doesn't add up

Also some champions still have voice lines poking fun of how optimistic and silly/small Yordles are will those ever be updated? Why cut out so much work for yourself with another (completely unasked for imo) Yordle retcon ?

-The "Yordle Snap-Trap" never made sense lorewise in first place... -Its a Hextech weapon, aka: magical weapon that has technology as well... So, it shoots magical cogs, not normal ones. -Fizz is not a Yordle. -If you have read the lore of Ammumu, he is seen as a child mummy, a shuriman emperor mummy, a mummy or a yordle mummy. -I guess that Shen see him as a yordle.

In summary: Yordles arent ALWAYS seen as humans, each person see them diferently and some people can see them as the furry little creatures that they are.

I don't understand the direction yordles are going in either. They already made Lulu less diverse now that ALL yordles are fey. She use to be the most interesting with her wonderland caleld the glade.... Now the glade is THE actual location for yordles

With concerns to what people perceive them to be, again because they are strong in magic it's not a big deal that they can change their appearance and what we see in game is their true form. Also with lulu her uniquenessis still not really lost as like if yordles are elves then lulu was taken by fairies. Compared to elves fairies or more mischievous and chaotic , with stronger ties to magic and usually live in another realm( or in lulus case dimension)

So I don't really have a problem with the yordle lore as it's just filling in some gaps before we get to bandle city relaunch

BTW As far as I'm concerned ammumu is just a shuriman king tut added with the classic mummy curse

Their population is probably kept in check by the fact that they reach sexual maturity very late, like most animal species with long lifespans do. Also, considering the fact that they're an intelligent species, they probably take their time to look for the right partner before mating. Lastly, remember that we still don't know wether Yordles have natural enemies or not.

Yordles outside Bandle City are probably rare, but that doesn't mean that there are only a few Yordles.

I'm also interested to know how people perceive Gnar. (Headcanons of Gentleman Gnar existing because people mistook him for a nobleman or something are funny.)

On Gnar: he lives in the jungle, I don't think he has to worry about humans seeing him (and it's possible that Yordles would just look like the most common race in the area. Making them look human in heavy human areas).
