Question about the log in splash art animations.
I've always wanted to know what goes into the process of making the log in screens animated. Is the final splash art just given to another crew with harry potter magic? If not, what is the process?

You're on the right track :) There is a separate team called the motion graphics team that works with splashes and illustrations made by other artists at riot. I believe they're mostly just Photoshop wizards , this video from a former member of the Riot Motion graphics team illustrates things pretty well.
