As of Camilles extended lore reveals, we can safely confirm she is the 'Gray Lady' mentioned in Evelynn's updated lore. Very interesting tease by Riot.

I was confused at first when it was revealed the the Gray Lady was a cult patron, but then it turned into a title that people sort of gave to Camille.

Uhm what?Thats not the case at all. The gray lady is more or less the god of the machine cult and a little girl merely thought that Camille might be the gray lady.

Thats essentially like someone mistaking someone else for Jesus.

I'm meaning in context with the Evelynn lore, Camille is the Gray Lady. In the extended Piltover lore we can see this is heavily implied that this is probably not the case
