As of Camilles extended lore reveals, we can safely confirm she is the 'Gray Lady' mentioned in Evelynn's updated lore. Very interesting tease by Riot.

Thats essentially like someone mistaking someone else for Jesus.
Statikin1 votesI'm meaning in context with the Evelynn lore, Camille is the Gray Lady. In the extended Piltover lore we can see this is heavily implied that this is probably not the case
