We finally have a "good" Noxian champion. This is great.
Also I slightly squealed when Tamara appeared. It's good to see story progression for some non-champ characters.
It's more like, he used to be a person, but now is a Noxian tool.
It kind of bothers me that Darius shows no desires other than those imposed by Noxus. Draven, who is pretty much insane and enjoys murdering, and Swain, who is there to gain power for God knows what reason, at least have more of a goal. I'm not saying he should have deserted or anything, but midway through the comic he felt like a bi-dimensional character in a tri-dimentional world.
Damn the lore for making me want more for

I can't hate him as much as I used to, now.
For me he was always a man with a big personality.

Something I've been curious to see is a meeting between Darius and Kled. The hand of Noxus and the very stereotype of noxian soldiers, one representing what their home should be, and one representing what Noxus has always been.
It could be an old vs new kind of conflict.
