EDIT: I clickbaited you all I'm afraid. It is in fact just Pulsefire Caitlyn with a sheriff's hat on. Though it still kinda does look an upgraded Sheriff Caitlyn.
I hope her attire is updated to be on par with others from Piltover. I never understood her outfit. It looks like its from the children department and she has tried to squeeze into it anyway.
