New Program Lissandra and Soraka are GOLDEN, but Sion?

I absolutely love the new Lissandra and Soraka skins. I don't play Soraka really, but I have dabbled in a bit of Lissandra and really enjoy playing her, so this skin will be a must buy! They are incredible...

However, what happened to Sion? I've never played Sion, probably never will because he isn't my playstyle, but I know a lot of people have been wanting a new skin for him and they get a legendary skin, but it's this? He literally looks like a blob of Legos. It's hard to distinctly point all of his body parts. I don't know if it was rushed or what.. I also think it would look much better if you darkened the color of the orange. It is definitely too bright for someone like Sion. I don't know , just my opinion. Maybe the Sion people really like him, I just think it looks slightly underwhelming considering it's supposed to be a legendary skin.
