I mean, Vi going on about how she was having an erotic dream about someone in her short story means Riot isn't shying away from more lurid material, right? As long as it's tasteful, what are the odds of us seeing/reading about an NPC having a wardrobe malfunction or something similarly raunchy?
I'm sure there is fan fiction if that's what gets your rocks rumbling

we wont... riot is trying the Disney approach ... never directly indicate mature or sexual ideas or themes just hint at it with innuendos and slight imagery
On characters that make sense for it I could totally see (Ex. Vi, Ahri, MF.) but I don't think we'll see it for anyone not characterized to be sexually active/seductive (Ex. Shaco, Naut, Ashe, Irelia.)
Because a wardrobe malfunction wouldnt add to the story? The whole erotic dream gave us an other look at,Vi's personality. While a happening like that doesnt add to the story much.
