I know they are different but they look similar and in combat distinction will be even lesser. Moreover color is pretty close.

Thanks for the feedback! We've been working throughout development to differentiate them, but I can sync up with the VFX artist and see if there's anything else he can do to push the differentiation further.
They don't look at all a-like to me.

Hmm... I want to say the size difference along with the difference in subtitle between the two should be enough.
Syndra's spheres are decently sized, plus they have all the various moving watery effects in/on them.
Zyra's plant seeds dragon eggs are pretty small plus very subtitle on texture and movement.
