Why 'The Noxian Grand General' instead of 'The Grand General of Noxus'?

It's like the difference between 'The British Prime Minister' and 'The Prime Minister of Britain'. The former sounds like you're in a room with other Prime Ministers, so you use the nationality as an adjective; but the latter sounds more like an actual proclamation of the person's title.

Grand General of Noxus just sounds better to me as the style for Swain's title, instead of using an adjective in there.
