My group of friends had someone we used to queue with, he was a mastery 7 vayne main while I was a M7 evelynn main; he never did like me. then I realized that eve killed vaynes parents, now when ever we play a custom and I kill his preciousness vayne I always laugh a little on the inside.
Eve was my first main and I just want to give eve a hug for all the fun I had learning and playing the champion. I do hope however her splash doesn't change much as I like the current default splash and her splashes were updated not that long ago in last season.
By the way, I suppose Evelyn is finally a sucubus instead of a "undetermined vampire thing". I like it.

Based on the lore I always assumed it was related to Vladimir or Eve. Personally I always wanted a new champion to fill that spot. They could have made another blood mage like Vlad, but a really old one that they thought died off. They could say he came to the rift to test the amateur imposter called Vladimir
