Riot A question about Aurelion.
Is he a Darkin? we dont really know if a darkin is supposed to look like Aatrox. we just know they are strong and known universally... Aurelion seems like he would fit that catagory.

Here's what's known about Darkin;
There's an ancient race on Runeterra, of which there are only five left, Aatrox included. Aatrox doesn't provide perfect ideas on what Darkin are, but it can be assumed that most Darkin would look like him.
Here's what we know about Aurelion Sol;
Pantheon has apparently been awaiting his arrival Like the Pantheon, Diana's Aspect, and Leona's Aspect, Aurelion appears to be a Celestial, a being of the stars - not Runeterra. He has immense power, as shown from him creating and destroying a star. Also hinted at by his title in the teaser being "The Star Forger".
If you're holding your breath for a new Darkin champion, then sorry for being blunt about this, but how many times have you passed out?
By that logic, Tahm Kench could be a Darkin too. I'm pretty sure that since Shyvana is part dragon (and dragons aren't Darkin) and Aurelion Sol is a dragon... he's more than likely just a resident in Mt Targon.
