Hextech Annie VS. Super Galaxy Annie
So far the effects look the same and I don't see how this fits Annie at all... mind you I own every skin excluding Hextech, but I just don't see this one. Make the effects not as similar?

For me, what makes Super Galaxy is the theme alone. I like anime.
That said, they could do more to differentiate the skins at least VFX-wise. Like give her some red or reddish pink VFX. It's not like those colors with overlap with the VFX of other skins.
you noticed this too, haha, it made me feel like you could have a less expensive hextech annie, with the color schemes/animations her abilities had
I think they are just going for the champions that have either multi forms or a minion. I'm surprised they didn't toss one at yorick since this theme seems like it could work with his ghouls and waifu

I used to be like you...a "X doesn't fit Y" kind of guy. Then someone told me that skins don't have to "fit" because they are purely cosmetic. What skin really "fits"(besides devil Teemo, Bard Bard, Snow Day Syndra, Grim Reaper Karthus and most of the Fizz skins)? If you really think about it, 90% of skins are nothing like the classic theme of the Champion.
That's the whole point of a skin.
Or maybe I completely missed the point you were trying to make. I think this one looks better than Hextech.
I'm not trying to say necessarily that the theme doesn't fit.. what is really drawing my eyes in the wrong way is the fact that there are two different skins for a champion that have almost identical animations for every ability except for her ultimate.
Riot shouldn't just throw another skin at her for the hell of it while at the same time using the same animations. If they were about getting money from me, they would make each skin unique in some way. (Besides the Tibbers being different.. that's always different in each skin)
