What year is it in Runeterra?
I'm just curious. Also do they follow the same 12 month 365 days system we do? I know in some fantasy worlds (looking at you Forgotten Realms) the length of a year is different.

I suppose it depends on what Runeterran scholars decided to use as a dating point for history. In our real world we have our year system that was built around the hypothesized year when Jesus was born. Runeterra's societies could've used a different dating systems, potentially linked to the Rune Wars and when they ended, or perhaps something later, such as the birth of a vitally important nation (perhaps Noxus) or the fall of another (Shurima's a good candidate here), but this will be dependent on archaeological findings, historical records, archival efforts and a whole lot of estimation as to when things happened in a time scale.
Alternatively modern Runeterrans might not have such a system in place, or have different systems for different nations. I can't imagine that Asian cultures used the same year systems as European cultures did a few hundred years ago, so it's potentially as likely that Noxus and Ionia have different year systems as it is that the Freljord has no form of year system.
I could easily see Demacia and Noxus both having their own systems that use their original foundings (or an estimation of such) as the beginning, with all else occurring either before or after. Shurima's another one I can see that working for, mostly because the fall of Shurima would probably be a good starting point. Though Azir could potentially start a new year system with Shurima's revival, depending on how he wants to go about things. I also don't see Runeterra having a unified system for this, though it could exist in the future or a form of it might've existed in the past.
The 12 months 365 days system is very much dependent on how Runeterra orbits its sun and rotates on its axis, so I dunno.

They do follow the same system of the planet Earth, as the Outdated Journal of Justice shows. However, they arent in the XXXX A.C. or B.C. because Christ do not exist there.
Before the Retcon, they used "CLE" instead of "AC", being "CLE" the year that the league was created ("Creation of the LEague") in their world.
2009 AC in our world was equal to the 20 CLE of Runeterra... So, nowdays, Runeterra would be 27 CLE... however, since the league doesnt exist anymore, we are in the... 2 DLE (Deletion of the League) or 2 A.S. (Ascension of Shurima)
