Like Neeko isn't even that popular, and Taliyah suffers worse from a skin than her or Zoe. As someone who used to enjoy the SG skinline, the only thing i can say i'm disappointed. I honestly don't think either of the new champs fit the skinline. But w/e, prolly just another case of Riot supposedly "listening" to the community.
The one reason that I would forgive Riot for leaving Taliyah out this time would be if Taliyah is slotted for a different skin this year. And I sure hope that's the case. Taliyah is probably one of the most requested Champions for SG, and I'll be mad if she doesn't get a skin this year.
because Zenon tried to force the narrative that she was trans and ugly, so Riot wants nothing to do with her. Even though she was meta for the longest time, and could've been given any number of skins between then and now. That or just avoiding anything DZK touched at all costs because he was such an awful person and negative PR for the company
Better luck next year, plus IMO she doesnt fit this years theme, the "corrupted" sg theme, perhaps next year she may, though
Neeko, Xayah, and Rakan are Ahri's old/presumed dead teammates, and I'd assume that since Ahri is a Vastaya, she'd have a team made up of Vastaya(and MF cause reasons).
Zoe is from the first Star Guardian team. When she became a Star Guardian, she used her power for evil rather than good, killing her team, Ahri's team, and countless others. Explain to me how our ever so sweet and lovely Taliyah could be so chaotic and evil.
Plus, you realize Neeko and Taliyah are in the same skins situation, right? Neither have any non-release skins(Esports skins don't count), and the only thing making Taliyah worse off is that she's an older champion. In that regard, its fair.
She's the third youngest character in the game, and this year was about veterans.
Myabe just maybe she’ll be with Kayle, Morgana, Karma, Sona, Taric SG team? in the future. This is just an idea btw its not confirmed nor likely to happen.

Probably because Tali isn't "cute" enough for the skinline even though Tali fits the theme to a T.
I guess a young girl who's a mage doesn't fit in a skinline about magical girls (& boys).
Speaking of which, where the hell is 
? Wouldn't she fit a the dark, corruption theme too?
