Can any of the other void creatures understand Rek'Sai?

I was thinking Vel'koz probably could because he is like the genius of all of them, and maybe malzahar but idk.

I believe they've stated Rek'Sai is basically an animal, with no language to speak of.

Basically, they call her a 'True Beast' and compare Cho'gath and her as "A human running into a wild bear"

And it seems like her clicking is 'almost' a language, but not really; I'd personally equate it more to a dog showing its emotions by growling, barking, whining, etc. than actually any sort of language. In this case, Rek'Sai has 'calm' clicking when she's underground, because she's comfortable there, but more aggressive roars and growls above ground, because that's she she's attacking prey.

I imagine that the other Void champions would be able to understand her.
