Can we talk about the new models used on the League of Legends Mobile?

Come on, some of them look even better than the ones that we have in the PC version... Does that mean that we will get a massive VU for the old champs or its that too much to ask?

Hope so did you see that shiny new Jax, Lulu and Annie..... OOOOF

(I imagine it's not that simple as this is for a totally different platform and different game entirely)

This is what pisses me off most about Wild rift

They have literally no excuse not to.

The models exist, there's no way they got rid of the high poly models. Maybe the Riggs might not work in the PC version but that should be far less work than a what's clearly already put in.

Ashe genuinely looked like her unlocked statue and it looks beautiful. Annie looked like the little adorable bad bitch she should be and jax... he looked so good, his design is so dope and a modern model really shows that.

And jinx with animated facial features is something I've been wanting for so long.

Is it that hard to take the Model from the Mobile game and use it in game as well?

I do honestly think they could add them if they really wanted to. especially with all these new games coming they should at LEAST be able to afford updating the older models with these new models. Will they though? Well how much do they really care for the player base vs how much work are they willing to put in? This doesn't even get into weather or not all the current champs will be there at launch or if they will have to patch them in like DOTA 2 did iirc. If they patch them in then they should be able to tackle Champ VUs as they add each champ to the Mobile game. take the new model and animations, rig it for both games, add it in.

I watched the trailer. Y'all didn't tell me Jhin was(or will be) involved in this equation. So at least I know League mobile/console will be playable for me.

But yeah, these new models and shit look amazing. Would love for them to be in the PC version.

is mobile version even canon?

Most times when a champion gets a VU they change their design, although they used to just do VUs to make the models look less shit back in the day (take Nidalee VU for example). And most of these mobile game models seem to just be the same champion with the same exavt design, but higher quality. And they probably don't want to sped time on updating them this way since they probably are already thinking of updating them and changing their designs, including ones that haven't been announced.

Yeah I also really hope that they port some models over.

The big problem that I could think of would be the skins. Because they said that we won't get all champs and skins when the game launches,so its possible that for example God-Staff Jax is going to be missing from the mobile/console version.

And if thats the case, then they'd likely refrain from porting the other Jax-models over since then one of his skins wouldn't line up with the rest.

I hope so. Seems kind of slighted.

There's not much point to nicer models in LoL when everyone zooms out as far as possible. And that video is quite obviously not gameplay.
