God, I hope they reveal Swain soon and all this hyping doesnt...dragon.

Place holder for something else? Usually the team working on a VGU don't add new skins at the same time, right?
If this truly is what we're making it out to be, then this would be a good step for Riot in doing this. Yeah skins don't release with new VGU but who knows, it's Riot's game and they could change or ignore some rules if they wanted or make a special case for Swain since he's getting updated and is in need for a new skin (over 2000 days might I add).
On a whole though, this is keeping me interested in what the rework looks like and thus keep interest in the game (for now)
They couldn't create a new skin just to have to rework it months later, but releasing it with the VGU would be an amazingly smart move. Props to riot if swain will receive a new skin alongside his rework.
PS: if this is real and VGU's will have a new skin alongside their relaunch, those wad files for nunu, akali, morg and kayle might be their relaunch skins for their VGU. lol i'm crazy.
Why would that have anything to do with swain though? Also sorry to burst your bubble, but vgu's never get skins to launch with. edit: Well i'm not going to say never because I don't work for riot, but i'm fairly certain.

everyone here is hyped about the swain teaser and im just looking at the battlecast prime chogath chromas like [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
Not many people even play Swain. It's weird that literally everyone is hyping for this. His fantasy isn't even that amazing imo.
If this is true, I'm assuming it would be a legendary skin since the biggest problem with making legendary skins is the VO and they already have Swain's voice actor in the office to do the VO for the VGU so they can kill two birds with one stone, something that Riot loves to do when it comes with voice acting.
IMO this skin release would be a genius move on the business side because hype for Swain is reaching critical mass and if Riot holds up on the promise of Swain being so awesome then so many Swain mains will buy this skin with the VGU and also because of the meme being killed, and new people who get dragged into the hype gravity well will probably pick up the skin on top of the champion because it's new, its killing a meme, and it (if I'm right) would be his only legendary skin.
