well now we know what killed her xD
But on a serious note I think the problem people have/had with kayles boob armor is that it was changed into boob armor later on(and said armor is so big it even reaches into her character icon) and that it basically destroys the whole "wait!Kayle is a girl?"-thing about her(although that is hardly a matter now that many of her skins show her face)
