We may not have a full map (we got the piltover map but I don't think it had anything other than pilterover's immediate area) but the new Demacia story just told us theres a mountain range between Demacia and the Freljord. Might be the Targon mountains but we don't know at this point.
Targon is like likely on the other side of the continent, in the Shurima desert. In Pantheon's story there is a desert near the outskirts of the Targon mountains and as well, if Taric were to be exiled he would be sent a lot further than the mountains on the edge of Demacia, imo. The snow on the Targon mountains is likely due to their height, opposed to their proximity to the Freljord. Also, the Demacian stories mentions Freljord barbarians opposed to Targon/rakkor barbarians, and if Targon was the mountain range, it would be more likely that the barbarians to invade would have been from Targon. Though I could be completely wrong and there could be a desert, next to the mountains despite being so close to the Freljord, we didn't exactly get a map this time.
