I actually used to be pretty hard core into Black Metal at one point. Still listen to my old favorites (Dimmu Borgir & Emperor are 2 of my favorites.) Don't follow it as much anymore though. Mostly listen to Industrial stuff nowadays. I love me some Blind Guardian too though. "A Night at The Opera" is one of my all time favorite metal albums, that and "Still Life" by Opeth.

Okay but why would it need to be pointed out? I'm upset as hell that Janna's real backstory got destroyed and turned into a non-existent lifeguard guarding misty waters or whatever-the-fuck instead of what she was before. Doesn't matter, beacause as long as the "many" prevail, the few that think for themselves will be shunned.

Unless you control the idiotic mob with memes as if that even means anything. Sadly, that is the key on the Boards. One i'll never exploit.

But whatever, my point is, he's making these posts all the time and i'm pretty sure that since nobody posts about Mordekaiser with a few exceptions from time to time, they'll try to eventually fit him the closest to MM's "vision" of him since he may aswell write a book on Mordekaiser at this point and how great he is.

Never said that. It was a comparison in how when i spoke up, i got backlash because my opinion was disregarded as "some random guy's whining" instead of "our meme lord has spoken. He must be right!".

I don't care what you think is likeable. None of the "approved" members have done anything but spam memes either so don't expect me to sink that low either.

No i'm angry if they'll turn Mordekaiser into a walking pop-culture reference like MM wants and in turn, not be a Shadow Isles champion at all. He's supposted to be a scary looking Master of Death not a joke with references.

I'm not scared MM turns his gameplay into shit because there are better players than him with far more valid opinions, i'm scared i won't be able to take him seriously anymore because the theme of the champion may aswell be dedicated to MM at this point since everybody else is "inferior" in opinion.

And i know where MM started off, he still became a "meme lord" and embraced it. Now, nobody dares to question him because he's obviously the "only person who must know what they're talking about when it comes to Mordekaiser".

I made a rather unpopular post with about 5 upvotes and 3 downvotes talking about how Conqueror Karma's face and body shape didn't match up with her Original Splash Art.

It was a 50 - 50 and i honestly checked around if anybody else was mentioning it...well no, nobody. And they changed it regardless. I'm not saying other regions didn't mention this at all and i was the sole reason but i'll have the benfit of doubt for this region at least.

It's not a major change, but if Riot feels a change is in the right direction, they'll do it even if it's the few suggesting it as long as it feels right to THEM. It all comes down to intuition and the main reason the NA Boards are heavily populated is because of Riot's developers mainly being here which means everybody's content gets more recognition/attention on a bigger "stage".

There's nothing wrong with pitching an idea for Morde's future update. I get that some champion mains think if they make posts on a daily basis, that Riot will give them exactly what they want but i don't think this is that thread.

Well, they haven't done that so far with any of the past reworks/updates. Riot does take our feedback into account but they never port our ideas 100% on a champion's design. They always like to put their own twist to it and i respect that.

But there's always a first time for everything. I don't think what MM is proposing is a bad idea but i still don't want Morde to end up as a amalgamation of metal genre in a champion, without not having a strong thematic tied to his theme. So far, what i've gathered is that Morde is supposed to be the Death Revenant and he has to be spoopy. I don't think metal can do the job here but just a Login Screen might be what he needs.

Also we have to take into an account that he's in the Pentakill group so he definitely has to pay an omage to that.
