Twitch doesn't really embody disease in the same way Trundle did.

Trundle was a grotesque, leprosy ridden troll, whose flesh literally fell off his bones constantly, but his healing factor was fast enough to compensate for it. He was in constant agony, but shouldered that burden such that the curse wouldn't effect his tribe.

Twitch is a rather unsanitary mutant rat.

One of the four horseman ARE plague and disease... they represent the apocalipse 'evils' like War, Famine, PESTILENCE (Plague, disease and rot) and Death

But anyways, didn't know that about Yorick, thought he was more of a gravedigger. We could have a plague shaman or something

Actually pestilence isn't a horseman according to the bible (give or take). The rider of the white horse is Conquest.

Which in league is represented as Mordekaiser. With Hecarim being war, Karthus death, and Thresh famine.
