How does Talon's assassination tactics differ from Quinn's, seeing they are both assassins. Their kill style I mean, when leaving behind their dead targets? Who is more lethal? Who has killed more? How do they dispose of their handiwork?

Talon is one of the deadliest blademasters in all of Valoran; Quinn is a good shot and has an affinity with birds-nothing more. Talon is brutal and efficient, and leaves his bodies in the gutter. Quinn is more of a scout and skirmisher, and she would have a much lower body count. So Talon is much more lethal.

You're not Noxian. You may be armed, but you aren't drawing your weapons towards her, and you aren't a hostile target. If anything, the moment you see her, she'll either confront you to throw you off or immediately flee the scene, so you won't get a better look.
Talon's occupation means for indiscriminate killing of all primary objectives and those that get in the way. Since his job is assassin, anyone who sees him in his assassin mode is a liability.
Quinn is a ranger. Because civilians are not AS dangerous of a liability to her safety as Talon, she would rather just avoid contact or run off as opposed to confront and kill. In other words, she uses discretion.

You tell me. American military (at least in videogames and how they portray themselves) will most likely force your head into the dirt pin you there and then move on to get you to understand to back the hell off.

So if talon and quinn were both teamed up and there was some person like a mercenary armed who attacked quinn out of nowhere without reason and then failed, would Talon kill the guy after or let him go? I doubt Talon really cares about the gender of his targets, and gives equal treatment to them both. They could make a good team, I suppose. I think Quinn would hide them in a bush, or just leave them on a battlefield.

I fail to see how that conversation would come up. I don't think Talon would be that open about that time in his grim past.

True, but I was speaking hypothetically. As you may be aware that the reason Talon murdered his friend was because he was dead weight. A burden. So judging by the person Quinn is, would she agree with what Talon did? Aka support his decision.
So Talon's kill count is more than Quinn? About how much roughly? And what kind of reconnaissance missions could they do if they ever teamed hypothetically?
I think I have always had the wrong notion about Quinn. Judging by what you have stated it seems she is as bad as Talon! I mean not lawful good in that sense, she seems like neutral to me...Not good, not bad. Imagine if she started doing assassination missions? I wonder if she could handle what Talon does for a living?
