##Key White/black is normal Yellow means Hextech skin (Very rare) Red means new champion Underline means 1820+ skin

RED CIRCLE: Oldest skin-less champions.
BLUE CIRCLE: Newest skins.
PURPLE AREA: Oldest champions with new skins.

Basically, every champion who was waiting for a skin 10 months ago, and who actually got it. (51%).

Even with the key, I found this venn diagram extremely hard to follow. What do each of the circles represent?

Oh, right, I forgot the most important part. I'll edit this in.

The blue circle are the skins released in the past 10 months. Those in the red circle are the priority champions from 10 months ago.

So, basically, what the community was referring to 10 months ago regarding the priority champions. What I was finding out, is how many of the 'priority champions' were looked after since we last checked in with them.

Galio, Warwick and urgot all got updates to all of their skins. Also, this is fair. Some old champs got skins, some meta champs got skins. Riot are a business, they make skins that will sell to lots of players - but they also make skins for underplayed champs. Fair.

Put galio, urgot and Warwick in the new skins as the updates reworked their skins.

I really wanna see all the new champions get a skin. I mean, with the release of Ornn, I can't help and feel sad, knowing he's probably gonna be left in with the new crowd, with models far too elegant to give new skins to.

I wouldn't say that Ornn is difficult to make a skin for, instead, his character is one that doesn't fit alot of themes. If you find the right theme, he only has 3 distinct models to redo, 2 of which are surprisingly quite simple. Compare that to Yorick who has 5 distinct models, 2 of which are extremely complex (The Mistress and himself. Riot said that making his cape work was a logistical nightmare).

And please, don't go rattling off about theme fitting like others are doing right now, because it is a factor.

Ah, the theme argument. That's a touchy subject, I don't really have an opinion. I believe a bigger argument is how easy it is to make a skin for someone. That's why I think all the humanoid champions like getting skins, whilst outdated/complicated rigs like Swain and Kled aren't.

srsly? These are fairly new and haven't been waiting close to any of these others even annie has been waiting longer than both and you won't hear anyone complain about that.

He's edgy, but hides it behind a wall of philosophical sounding BS, he's pretty fun tbh and he's got a gimmicky ammo system that sets him apart enough to not be shipped on the adc hatetrain. he's already got as many skins as Viktor/rumble lmao.

Well a champ should become available for skins after a year of their release.

Viktor has only robot skins. If they actually cared, they should make Elderwood or Master Archanist or some magic skin.

Rumble is screwed, because if anyone who cares about him buys the Galaxy skin. No one will buy anything else, except on Sale. Well maybe a derpy definitely not Rumble.

I went back a set period, and counted the amount of skins released since then. I then found the corresponding amount of oldest champs without skins.

The further I go back, the more champs will get skins, and the larger the purple area will get. These are just the sorts of champions people talk about when they say "Why are you favouring some champs over others?", particularly like Syndra and Tristana, who gets multiple amounts of skins before Illaoi gets any.

Her remake of pax sivir is tied to hextech boxes and some special edition box. That is likely why. Also limited time to make people drop them dollars until January 8th 2018 I think I read.

As far as i know,Sivir has no hextech skin. Vayne and Annie do have it though. About prices (1820) i can't say anything cause i don't really care about that,but you could add the 3250 ones too. Udyr for examples has that spirit guard skin,it is old but it is a pricey one.

Anyway,some champions are harder to give more skins to,may be because human-like features spring more possibilities into mind,or because the ideas they had didn't seem so good afterall (Sewn chaos blitz and mumu,for example)

Anyway,since you said you're goin to keep working on this diagram,i can't wait to see the final result

Sivir is getting an chroma of an old skin turned into a Hextech thingo. Hecarim and Darius also have specifically made Hextech skins.

My personal theory is that they like to give skins to champions with similar models, as it's the most cost-efficient, hence Ahri, Tristana, Syndra and Tryndamere popping up all the time.

NEO PAX Sivir, it's a hextech skin you can craft for 10 gemstones during a limited time window, I believe. But people like me who own PAX Sivir gets it for free and a cool border. :D

As much as I don't like to admit it, Riot is still a company. I'd like to see a really nice Yorick skin or something along those lines, but at the end of the day, they are just going to do what profits them the most. That's why we are getting another star guardian set of skins
