Reminder that Sion has met and fought Galio.

"I know you... I want to remember killing you!" "Time to cut your strings, puppet!" "One of us will finally die today!" "We've clashed a thousand times... no more!"

These are Sion's quotes towards Galio. Quotes that were made and recorded back when Galio wasn't really under sights for a rework. Quotes that were made a couple of years ago. This could be a simple oversight that Riot didn't intend, but it makes Sion effectively the most powerful character Noxus has to offer simply with the fact that Galio may be the strongest Demacian and it seems like they fight to a draw often.

Either Riot fully intend to have Sion be this colossus smasher, which makes him even more terrifying than he already is, or they didn't and he's accidentaly one of the most ridiculously powerful characters this game offers. Don't get me wrong, he was powerful beforehand, but now he's reached a tier that's beyond: "I can decimate armies by myself."

If this is not intended, then who can oppose Galio? Is the fight against Noxus one-sided now?

It's intended if Reav3's word's anything to go by, which it is:

{quoted}

They are still Rivals. Sion is just that awesome!

It's not really surprising considering the legacy of Braum; there really are humans that are just that god damn strong in the League universe without any magic bells and whistles attached to that strength. They're rarities sure, but very much a reality.

Wasn't the whole point of reanimating him because he was the most outrageously powerful fighter they've ever had?

Sion is just that badass. So badass that his undead self truly is but a shell of his former glory.
