So what can the Texture-rebalances tell us about future updates?

EDIT:Considering that Ryze got a TR and that he is actually the champ who gets the next full VU,I think we've reached a point where TRs don't matter anymore.However I will keep this thread updated for completions sake.

Well many people probably know that lately riot has been updating the models of older champs a bit so that they fit better into the new summoners rift. These updates are called Texture-rebalances and it was confirmed that they won't delay the upcoming VUs/TUs for any champion.

So just because Eve got a TR,doesn't mean that her VU got delayed,it simply takes more time.

However these updates can tell us something about upcoming VUs/TUs.They can show us which champs will get an update pretty soon,because there is obviously no point in doing a TR for a champion who is going to get a VU or TU within the next few patches anyway. So yeah lets have a look at the champions who did not get a TR and were released(or got an update) before Ashes VU (as she is more or less the newest champ to receive a TR) DariusHecarimLuluTryndamereVarusZiggs

Are (almost) all champs who are probably going to get either a TR or a VU/TU soon.

So who do you think is the most likely one to be updated within the next few patches?

As far as I know, because this is completely independent of the champion update team, they're doing EVERYONE who doesn't match the new rift. No one will be excluded.

I do want an Urgot texture rebalance though.

Mundo and Morde need it the most, imo. Mord has an idenity crisis atm so i can understand why he'd be pushed back. Mundo is Mundo, hes tied to Zaun but not heavily. His kit is fine but hes the worst looking 3d model currently in game. My vote is Mundo is VU is close (or should be).

I got a feeling that they're leaning towards more TUs than VUs, which makes me sad.

But my guess for next full blown VU is Kassadin. Don't ask me why

i hope the next VU is Warwick i know hes in the works but its what i want he could be so cool based on the way the new Sion looks and the way they updated Twitch . but honestly idk who the next VU will be possibly Shen Mordekaiser or Morgana. just my 2 cents

So yeah a new batch of texture rebalances has come and thus the list of champs whose VU/TU is on the way decreases a bit more. I am still thinking that Ryze and Tristana are pretty good candidates for an update.

A new set of TRs since this pbe-cycle is still going there might be even more.

Overall I think we are nearing the end of the TRs,there aren't that many old champs left that didn't receive an update yet and not everyone even needs one.
