Furthermore, it commemorates one of the older Winter Olympics - there were quite a few skins released representing different countries in the Olympics. Off the top of my head, Veigar, Corki, Amumu, Anivia, Twitch, and Kassadin got skins for this Olympics, if I'm not mistaken.
