Evelynn had gotten a short lore as well with her group. Can someone confirm please that she is getting new lore??

Yes but is she doing anything this Harrowing? Probably not.
Remember Burning Tides; Graves, TF, GP and MF all got updated lore but Tahm Kench, Fizz and Nautilus didn't. Not because they aren't important to Bilgewater, but because they weren't a part of that story. The implication here is that Evelynn, Elise and Yorick aren't gonna be involved in the Harrowing festivities this year.
Or maybe they will and the short paragraphs for them just haven't been deployed to the pbe yet.

Who are these Evelynn and Yorick that you speak of ? Are they unreleased ? In all due seriousness tho, no one remembers Evelynn or Yorick, not even Riot.
I wonder if they'll keep Evelynn and TF's previous relationship canon?
I think that they still don't have a clear direction for those 2(hence why they didn't get an updated short lores).
Both of them need some big changes to their characters and thus their eventual VUs will greatly affect their stories. If they decided now on a certain direction,then that would limit their possibilities for a VU(or they'd need to redo their lores all over again)
